We want you to love what you buy from Elite Engravings! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges:

Since most of our products are personalized/custom-made, returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

• The product is damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• The personalization is incorrect due to our mistake

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• Your order number

• Email us at eliteengravings380@gmail.com

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-engraved or personalized items (unless faulty)

• Products damaged due to misuse or customer error

📅 Return Window:

• You must report an issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Return shipping (if applicable) must be done within 7 days after confirmation.

💸 Refunds:

• Refunds are only issued for eligible returns.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.

📮 Return Shipping:

• If the error is on our side (wrong/damaged product), we cover return shipping.

• If it’s a customer-related issue, return shipping charges will apply.
