By placing an order with Elite Engravings, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your name, contact details, and delivery address. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion if we suspect misuse, incomplete information, or unavailability of products.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email or message. Please note that the order is only considered accepted once it is verified and processed by our team. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order under circumstances such as incorrect pricing, technical errors, or stock limitations.
🎨 Customization & Proof Approval
Personalized products are created based on the exact details you provide (name, photo, text, etc.).
We are not liable for errors due to incorrect customization details shared by the customer.
Orders once placed cannot be edited or cancelled once they have entered production.
💳 Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via major UPI apps, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
