💳 Payment Information
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Yes, COD is available for all products. Since each item is custom-made, we require a partial advance payment to confirm your order. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
Yes, we use secure payment gateways to ensure your information is protected at all times.
Currently, we do not offer EMI or Pay Later options, but we are working on enabling them soon.
🔄 Order & Returns
Once placed, customized orders cannot be cancelled or edited as production begins shortly after.
In case of any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We’ll resolve it ASAP.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless there’s a mistake or damage from our side.
